Biography: |
Four sisters, Ann, Jean, Peggy and Mary Clark, hailing from Grand Forks, North Dakota; active beetween 1935 - 1977. They had several hits with the Tommy Dorsey band (as the Sentimentalists) before leaving him in 1953. They recorded three albums as The Clark Sisters. No connection with the current gospel group, with the same name. |
