Biography: |
American vocal group, formed in the late 1930's, active in different constallations until the 1980's. Baritone singer Harry Douglass was the only member staying with the group the whole time. Deep River Boys were very popular in Europe from the 1950's onward, and made lots of recordings in England. They were especially popular in Sweden and Norway, both singing and recording in swedish and norwegian. |
